Requirements

To graduate with a BA in Liberal Studies and enter a credential program, students must meet a number of requirements, including coursework requirements, a foreign language requirement, and testing requirements. Students should keep track of which requirements they’ve already met and which ones they still need to satisfy.  They should check their degree evaluation through the web portal and update their advising sheet each semester.  They should consult a Liberal Studies adviser whenever they have questions, especially as first semester juniors when they are transitioning to the upper division major and prior to registering for their last semester.  They should officially apply for graduation at least nine months before they intend to graduate.
