  1. If students have not completed the equivalent of 2 college semesters of foreign language, they must complete a second college semester in a foreign language (example: Spanish 102).
  2. If students have completed the equivalent of 2 college semesters of a foreign language (3 years in high school, etc.), they may choose Philosophy 101, Religious Studies 101 or 103, or a more advanced course in the same foreign language. 
  3. A first semester foreign language class in a new language.
